Compared to this time last year, the salon’s takings have increased by £7K per month, and the average client spend is up by £14. October was our best month yet after launching our curl services and consultation quiz. These quizzes have completely transformed the salon, and from January to November, we’ve averaged 48 new clients per month, increasing turnover by £66K in 11 months.
